What a bespoke bathroom actually means
Bespoke has been stretched until it means “we will sell you anything”. Used properly, it means the bathroom was decided in the room, not in a catalogue photograph that happens to be square.
What you should be able to point at
- —A measured plan, including the soil pipe and the door
- —Named panels or tiles, not “marble effect”
- —A shower position that works with the window
- —Furniture that fits the wall you have, including one that can hold it
- —A written price for the choices, including the ones that cost more
What it is not
It is not a gold tap on a suite that was going in anyway. It is not a fitter who says bespoke and then fits whatever was on offer that week. A bespoke bathroom fitter should be able to show you the drawing before they strip the old one out.

Quick answers
Is bespoke the same as expensive?+
No. Bespoke means made for this room: the soil pipe, the window, the door swing, the way you wash. A high price on a standard layout is just a high price.
What is The Bespoke Edition?+
On panelled work it is our 9mm solid-core specification, from £9,999, with a 10-year workmanship and materials guarantee. The word on the package is the board and the guarantee. The design is still drawn around your room either way.
Can a small terrace have a bespoke bathroom?+
Yes. A small room needs more design, not less. Forcing a show-home layout into a terrace is the opposite of bespoke.
