Bespoke bathroom in Higham: designed for the house, not a brochure
Bespoke bathroom in Higham is a job we do from Burnley, not a page with the town name dropped in. Higham is a Pendle village on the way out of Burnley. The houses are not identical, which is exactly when a copied layout fails.
Bespoke is the plan, not a price band
A bespoke bathroom in Higham starts with the building, not a mood board. Stone, a low ceiling or an odd door swing needs drawing, not a standard plan with the village name on it. The drawing shows the stack, the door and the shower before anything is ordered. Bespoke Edition panelled rooms, when you want the 9mm board, start from £9,999. The design care is not limited to that package.
- —A survey in the house before the price is treated as final
- —Strip-out, waste, plumbing and certifiable electrics in the conversation
- —A named wall finish: panels or double rectified porcelain
- —A written payment schedule, paid to us, not via a government-backed escrow app
- —Aftercare from a studio 5.1km away, not a national call centre

Direct, on purpose
We contract with you. We are not signing the business up to a scheme that holds your money until a third party releases it.

Do you cover Higham?+
Yes. Higham is about 5.1km from our studio at The Landmark, School Lane, Burnley, and it is inside the area we survey and install.
How much does a new bathroom cost in Higham?+
Panelled bathrooms start from £5,999. Signature, on the current Aqua Wall introductory offer, is £6,999. Tiled bathrooms start from £7,999. Accessible work, including a bath-to-shower conversion, starts from £3,999. The survey turns that into a figure for the actual room.
Will you supply the bathroom as well as fit it in Higham?+
Yes. We design, supply and install, so the panels or tiles, the suite and the labour are one company. You are not left between a website and a fitter.
