Bespoke bathroom in Blackburn: designed for the house, not a brochure
Bespoke bathroom in Blackburn is a job we do from Burnley, not a page with the town name dropped in. Blackburn is the edge of the 17km patch, a bigger borough with terraces, semis and newer estates. Bespoke matters more here, not less, because the houses are not one type.
Bespoke is the plan, not a price band
A bespoke bathroom in Blackburn starts with the building, not a mood board. The survey is in your street. The drawing is for that stack and that door, and then we fit it. The drawing shows the stack, the door and the shower before anything is ordered. Bespoke Edition panelled rooms, when you want the 9mm board, start from £9,999. The design care is not limited to that package.
- —A survey in the house before the price is treated as final
- —Strip-out, waste, plumbing and certifiable electrics in the conversation
- —A named wall finish: panels or double rectified porcelain
- —A written payment schedule, paid to us, not via a government-backed escrow app
- —Aftercare from a studio 16.5km away, not a national call centre

The Landmark is in Burnley, BB10 1UF. Blackburn is about 16.5km from there, which is why it sits in the patch we actually work. Phone 01282 531025 or book a survey and we will tell you whether the room wants panels, porcelain, or an accessible layout.
Direct, on purpose
We contract with you. We are not signing the business up to a scheme that holds your money until a third party releases it.
