New bathroom in Burnley: a full refit, not a new tap

New bathroom in Burnley is a job we do from Burnley, not a page with the town name dropped in. Burnley terraces, and the houses just off them, are where most of our surveys start. The studio is at The Landmark, School Lane, so “local” is not a claim we borrowed.

What “new bathroom” should include

A new bathroom in Burnley is the whole room: strip-out, waterproof walls, a floor that can get wet, a suite that was chosen for the space, and electrics that can be signed off. A new tap on a tired bath is a repair. Stairs are narrow, stacks are where the builder left them in 1905, and a new bathroom that ignores either of those is a guess. Panelled bathrooms start from £5,999. Signature, on the current Aqua Wall introductory offer, is £6,999. Tiled bathrooms start from £7,999. Accessible work, including a bath-to-shower conversion, starts from £3,999. The survey turns that into a figure for the actual room.

• —A survey in the house before the price is treated as final
• —Strip-out, waste, plumbing and certifiable electrics in the conversation
• —A named wall finish: panels or double rectified porcelain
• —A written payment schedule, paid to us, not via a government-backed escrow app
• —Aftercare from a studio 0km away, not a national call centre

Getting to Burnley

The Landmark is in Burnley, BB10 1UF. Burnley is about 0km from there, which is why it sits in the patch we actually work. Phone 01282 531025 or book a survey and we will tell you whether the room wants panels, porcelain, or an accessible layout.
