Luxury bathroom in Hapton

Luxury bathroom in Hapton is a job we do from Burnley, not a page with the town name dropped in. Hapton is a short run west of Burnley, a mix of village houses and family homes whose bathrooms have been “fine for now” for a long time.

Luxury is the finish and the build, together

A luxury bathroom in Hapton should feel considered and still be a room you can soak. Luxury in Hapton is a quiet, watertight room, not a show-home bath that will not go up the stairs. We are not interested in a dear tap sitting on a poor waterproofing detail. Panelled bathrooms start from £5,999. Signature, on the current Aqua Wall introductory offer, is £6,999. Tiled bathrooms start from £7,999. Accessible work, including a bath-to-shower conversion, starts from £3,999. The survey turns that into a figure for the actual room.

• —A survey in the house before the price is treated as final
• —Strip-out, waste, plumbing and certifiable electrics in the conversation
• —A named wall finish: panels or double rectified porcelain
• —A written payment schedule, paid to us, not via a government-backed escrow app
• —Aftercare from a studio 5km away, not a national call centre

Getting to Hapton

The Landmark is in Burnley, BB10 1UF. Hapton is about 5km from there, which is why it sits in the patch we actually work. Phone 01282 531025 or book a survey and we will tell you whether the room wants panels, porcelain, or an accessible layout.
