Case study: Gary & Susan's bathroom, Ighten Hill

Gary & Susan's bathroom in Ighten Hill, Burnley is a clear example of our full bathroom package from £5,999 — PVC splash panels from our range on the walls, a properly tiled floor, brushed gold brassware throughout, an illuminated shower niche, a walk-in enclosure, and a crisp white vanity with an oval LED mirror.

The package

Our full bathroom from £5,999 uses waterproof PVC splash panels from our range instead of a full wall-tile set — faster to install, sealed properly, and still looking premium day to day. Gary & Susan chose a dramatic stone-effect panel finish with brushed gold metalwork throughout. The floor was tiled for a solid, lasting underfoot feel.

The look

Stone-effect PVC panels in green-grey tones set a rich backdrop on the walls. Brushed gold — rainfall shower, mixer, basin tap, towel ring, heated rail and shower frame — keeps every metal detail consistent. An LED-lit recessed niche in the shower adds a hotel-level touch without cluttering the enclosure.

The layout

• —Walk-in shower with low tray, gold-framed glass and illuminated recessed niche
• —Square rainfall head with matching handheld on a riser rail
• —Floor-standing white vanity with integrated basin and oval LED mirror
• —Brushed gold heated towel rail beside a frosted privacy window
• —PVC splash panels on the walls · tiled floor

The result

Proof that the £5,999 panelled package can look showroom-sharp in a real Ighten Hill home — panels on the walls, tiles underfoot, soft lighting where it matters, and a layout that works for real life. Watch the clip and scroll the gallery for the full suite.
