Case study: David's bathroom, Howarths

All case studies

David's brief was clear: a modern luxury bathroom that feels calm every day and special when the lights hit the feature wall. At Howarths we delivered a walk-in shower suite with brushed gold hardware, large-format stone-effect tiling, and a deep green marble feature that carries from the enclosure into the window reveal.

The look

Neutral beige wall and floor tiles keep the room soft and expansive. Against that backdrop, brushed gold — rainfall shower, mixer, vanity handles, towel radiator accents and flush plate — ties the suite together. The green marble-effect feature wall is the hero: high-gloss, warm veining, and enough drama without overwhelming a compact layout.

The practical detail

A low-profile tray and clear glass enclosure keep the shower feeling open. The vanity sits under a circular backlit mirror for clean morning light. A back-to-wall WC with concealed cistern finishes the room with a neat, hotel-like line.

The result

A finished bathroom that photographs like a showroom and works like a family home — warm metal, calm stone, and one bold feature David can enjoy every day.
