Bathroom fitters in Padiham: terraces, access and a clear quote
Padiham sits just west of Burnley, and a lot of the housing is the same story: a Victorian or Edwardian terrace, a bathroom squeezed over the stairs, and a soil pipe that has not moved since the house was built. A fitter who prices from a photo will miss that.
What we look for on a Padiham survey
- —Stair width and landing, because baths and trays have to come up them
- —Where the soil stack is, and whether the toilet can stay put
- —Window size and whether the room holds condensation
- —Walls that are stud, dot-and-dab, or solid brick behind the tiles
- —Room size against our package footprints, so any larger-room allowance is named up front
Panelled or tiled in a small terrace
Waterproof wall panels are often the calmer choice in a compact Padiham bathroom: fewer grout lines, a shorter time on site, and a finish that still looks designed. Fully tiled suits homeowners who want porcelain and are happy with a longer install. Both are priced as complete packages, not a day rate plus a mystery skip.
Local, not a van from anywhere
We are based at The Landmark, School Lane, Burnley. Padiham jobs are surveyed and installed by the same company, with aftercare a short drive away.

Quick answers
Do you fit bathrooms in Padiham?+
Yes. Padiham is a few minutes from our studio at The Landmark in Burnley. We survey, design and install there ourselves.
Are Padiham terrace bathrooms harder to refit?+
Often, yes. Narrow stairs, small rooms and older pipe runs need measuring before anyone names a price. A survey stops the quote being a guess.
What do Padiham bathroom packages start from?+
Fully panelled luxury bathrooms start from £5,999 and fully tiled from £7,999. Accessible bathrooms, including a bath-to-shower conversion, start from £3,999. The survey confirms which one fits the room.
